Instruction for Submission

1. Submitted papers must not substantially overlap with papers that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal or a conference with proceedings. Papers must be clearly presented in English, must not exceed 8 pages in journal format, including tables, figures and references. Papers will be selected based on their originality, significance, relevance and clarity of presentation assessed by at least two reviewers. Submission of a paper should be regarded as a commitment that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will register and attend the conference to present the work. One outstanding paper will be selected to receive the Best Paper Awards.

2. Please note that the committee do suggest you to submit the FULL PAPER to review if you would like to either present or publish your paper. One who submits the ABSTRACT will be regarded as a presenter only. All ABSTRACT submissions will not get any comments from the committee and will not be published on the Journal as well. If you have any concern, please don't hesitate to contact us.

The paper page will be within 5 pages (at least 4 full pages) including tables, figures and references. The extra pages will be charged with 50USD per page.

Important Notes

ICETD will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under review, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or a journal. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the ICETD reviewing period.
Regular Papers: Each paper must be including the abstract, figures, tables, and references.
All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:

1) Reject the submitted article or delete the article from the final publications.

2) Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).

3) Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.

4) Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist.
