EXTENDED ROYAL ROUTE OF PRAGUE
We begin our journey at Pohořelec tram station (trams 22 direction Vypich/Bílá Hora, or 23 direction Malovanka) and pass via Úvoz street in front of Černínský palác (Ministry of Foreign Affairs). There we take a left turn via Loreta to “Nový svět” street. Passing through Kanovnická street we will reach Hradčanské náměstí (headquarters of Prague Archbishop) and in front of us we can see Prague Castle with St Vitus Cathedral. We’ll pass through the castle via Jiřská street (on the left side is well known Zlatá ulička (Golden lane). Then we’ll declimb Staré zámecké schody to Malostranská metro station and turn right to Valdštejnská street (there is a building of Czech Senate) and via Tomášská we can reach Malostranské náměstí (you can take a break at U Glaubiců – they have cheapest Pilsner Urquell beer in the city centre – around 33 CZK/half liter). After refuelling U Glaubiců we will follow the root via Mostecká street directly to Karlův most (Charles bridge) where you can also see picturesque Kampa island or also the National Theatre.
Please note it is not the final version, but the recommended sightseeings. The detailed arrangement will be provided in March 2018. For more recommendation, please click here.
After passing the
bridge we will continue our trip via
street directly to Old Town square with
legendary medieval astronomical clock. From
here you can take a short trip to Josefov
district (Old Jewish part of Prague) or to
Pařížská street (one of the most expensive
streets in the world).
